CANDY CANE FOREST CAKE:
The flavour that would complement the candy canes the best, according to us, is Vanilla. But of course, you can take your pick. Once you have baked the Vanilla cake, trim the domed top of the cake and cut the cake in three equal layers. Take the bottom-most tier and layer it with Vanilla frosting and Cherry jam. Repeat the step for the middle layer and for the top tier, cover the flat top and the sides of the cake with the frosting.
Insert the small Christmas tree cake tops on the cake, accompanied by cherries and fix the candy canes on the sides of the cake. You can also crush some candy mints and sprinkle them on the cake.
COOKIES’ CHRISTMAS TREE:

Grease the Bundt pan with oil and in a bowl mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. To this mixture, add eggs, and vanilla extract and beat properly. In another large bowl, whisk together flour, corn starch, baking powder, and salt. Pour in milk and mix until fully incorporated, then add remaining dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Put the mixtures into the Bundt pan and bake.
