Any order (except Bulk orders i.e. more than 5 Boxes) can be canceled up to 24 hours before the date of delivery, beyond that we do not offer any refunds as the kitchen begins the procurement of the ingredients and the preparation of the order.
Any date change request will only be accepted 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
We charge 20% cancellation charges on kind of cancellation.
Please note that in any kind of unforeseen circumstances, Frosted holds the right to cancel and refund the orders. In any such scenario, the customers will be notified by our sales team.
